In order to process your request quickly and accurately, you will need answer a few questions. Please answer the following questions:

2) What is the product color?
3) What is the decoration color?
4) Can you attach logo – pdf format preferred – to your reply email?
5) What date do you want these delivered? Meaning... what is your in-hands date?
6) What is the ship to address?
7) Do you have a UPS or FedEx account number to cover the (ground) shipping to your location, or would you like for us to pre-pay the shipping on our account and add the cost to the order?
8) Will you be making payment when placing order by check, wire transfer, or credit card? (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
9) Is there a maximum budget that we need to deliver under?

1. Each product on this website has its own "Product Page".
2. There you will find many details for that specific product.
3. Plus on this page you can start the "Order Process", or "Request a Quote" or even "Request Info". On the "Product Page" you can also "Create A Virtual Sample With Your Logo". This will help you envision what your logo will look like on the product... which is again on the "Product Page".
4. On each "Product Page" each product has it's own ten letter item number. This ten letter item number is unique to that product and helps identify each product. So when you want "Information On That Product" or to "Order That Product" or "Request A Quote" then use this ten letter item number when communicating with us.
5. Instead if you email, call, fax or mail us with your request, please copy the ten-letter item number of the products you want... "Information On That Product" or to "Order That Product" or "Request A Quote"(remember this 10 letter item number is located on each product page). Ofcourse you can make your requests on the "Product Page".
How To Send Artwork:
1. Send Artwork to: Sales@brandcomet.com. Or upload artwork at "Upload Artwork" located on the top navigation bar on the front page. If you have questions on how to send artwork visit "How to Send Artwork" located on the top of the front page.
2. Please send us your artwork as an email attachment.
3. Again, send your artwork to sales@brandcomet.com or fax a hard copy to: 1.407.622.6611.
4. Format needed for Artwork Attachment - Assuming you have an electronic version of your artwork, ( we would prefer an electronic version if possible using Adobe Illustrator version CS - in either EPS or PDF format ).
5. Please include any wording you would like to add, and kindly give us an idea of how you would like this layed out.
6. If you know the PMS Colors you would like to use or are using in your artwork please describe in your email
7. Or, send whatever you have, and our graphic designers will convert anything provided (even including a faxed sketch)
